SCHOOL POLICIES

Cancellations and Refund

  • Once class has started, there are no refunds or exchanges. Payments for live courses are refundable prior to class beginning. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged if cancelled after 5 p.m. the Friday before class.

  • Payments for online courses and materials are not refundable under any circumstance. Please call to be sure you are registering for the course you want. Please contact us if there are any questions on which courses you are selecting.

  • Moulder’s School of Real Estate takes all payments for classes online, through our payment portal. We do not accept partial payment for any course. Partial payment will not reserve a seat.

Electronic Policy

  • Recording of any kind, including video or taking pictures of the class or presentation is strictly prohibited.

  • Laptops, ipads or other similar devices are not allowed in class.

  • Texting, making phone calls or any usage of cell phones or other electronic devices during class time is prohibited.

  • Use of a simple, basic function calculator is allowed in class.

  • Students are expected to act in a courteous and professional manner at all times.  Failure to abide by this may result in dismissal from class and forfeiture of fees paid.

Attendance

  • Florida Statutes require students to attend classes. Maximum “allowable” time for a student to be out of class is set by the statutes for each course taken. Moulder’s School of Real Estate does not recommend any class time being missed. Please plan accordingly for the particular class you are taking.

Class Exam

  • At the end of your course, you will be required to take and pass a final CLASS exam. The exam must be taken at the scheduled time.  Per Florida Statute, any student who fails the pre-licensing class exam is required to wait 30 days and then may take an alternate version of the exam.

Class Certificates

  • The certificate you earn from passing your end of course exam is an important document. For Pre-License classes the certificate is required to be presented to the testing proctor before you take the state exam. The certificate is good for 24 months after passing the class exam. Students will be given a certificate upon completion of the class.  All information contained on the certificate must be up to date and valid for the certificate to be good.  It is the responsibility of the student to provide Moulder’s School of Real estate with the correct, up to date information. Moulder’s School of Real Estate charges a $25 fee to reprint any certificate once issued.
