Frequently Asked Questions

  • Your initial class fee will vary depending on what form of class and any study items you may purchase. Your DBPR registration is $83.75 and fingerprinting will cost approximately $70 - $80 depending on where you obtain them. The state exam will cost $57.75 for each attempt.

  • Registration/application is done on the DBPRs website, myfloridalicense.com. Application will include having your fingerprints done with a third party. Moulder’s School of Real Estate will help you with this the first day of your live course.

  • We are local to the Pensacola and panhandle area. We are not owned by a large corporation. We offer competitive pricing and a variety of classes to obtain and maintain your real estate license.

  • Payments for online classes are non- refundable. We recommend contacting us with any questions before purchase. Payments for classroom courses are refundable, less a $50 cancelation fee, if done in writing, by 5 p.m. the Friday prior to class starting.  Once class has started, there are no refunds or exchanges.  Please see our School Policy Page for more info.

  • Your initial 63-hour Sales Associate course requires no prior real estate knowledge. We teach and familiarize you with the required principals and practices required to pass the state exam. Once you obtain your license, your broker will teach you how to prepare contracts and other things to put in place to become successful.
