Amy and Barry Moulder both grew up in Pensacola, Florida.  They both graduated from Pine Forest High School in 1984.  Barry joined the Marine Corp out of high school and served for four years.   Amy and Barry were married in 1986 and have a son and a daughter.   After military service, Barry worked in the construction industry in numerous capacities.  Amy obtained an Associate of Arts degree in 1987, worked in the retail industry for many years, and has owned and operated a successful beauty salon since 1996.  Barry began selling real estate in 2014 and Amy began in 2015.  Amy, always with a passion for helping and teaching others, received her real estate instructors license in 2018 and Barry soon followed.  Amy took over as administrator for a local well-known real estate school and both Amy and Barry have been teaching numerous classes and courses ever since.  Amy and Barry both enjoy playing music locally in their spare time and enjoy taking e-bike tours anywhere there is a trail to follow.  Amy and Barry both enjoy teaching others and helping them achieve their goals.  We always say “If you succeed, we succeed”.
