ACCELERATED COURSE

The accelerated course is an accelerated version of the state required 63-Hr. pre-license course. This seven day course begins on Monday and the class exam is on Sunday.

Our evening classes offer the state required 63 hour pre-license course in the evening hours for those with busier schedules. These courses run from Monday-Thusrsday, for three weeks.

Ourbroker coursesare for those who have held an active real estate license under a broker for a minimum of 24 months in the past 5 years.

This is a required course for sales associates and broker associates, within the first licensing period. Failing to complete the required post licensing education would put a license in a null and void state.
