This is an accelerated version of the state required 63-Hr. pre-license course to obtain your Florida Real Estate License. This seven day course begins on Monday and the class exam is on Sunday.
Our evening classes offer the state required 63 hour pre-license course to obtain your Florida Real Estate License, in the evening hours for those with busier schedules. These courses run from Monday-Thusrsday, for three weeks.
Our broker courses are for those who have held an active real estate license under a broker for a minimum of 24 months in the past 5 years. This is the state required course to obtain your Florida Real Estate Broker License.
This is a required course for Florida sales associates and broker associates, within the first licensing period. Failing to complete the required post licensing education would put a license in a null and void state.
