Moulder’s School of Real Estate is proud to offer LIVE evening course options for both pre-licensure and broker-licensure candidates.
Our 63-hour class option for pre-licensure candidates satisfies all Florida pre-licensing requirements for real estate sales associates and prepares students to sit for the state exam within three weeks. Click here for requirements.
Pricing
Cost for our live pre-license course is $425 ($375 if ordered at least one week in advance), which includes the current edition of Florida Principals Practices and Law, Class Exam, and Class Certificate upon passing of class final exam.
